Our Goals
- Provide basic medical services for the benefit of the St. Louis community.
- Increase community health awareness through health screenings, seminars and workshops that provide information about health issues, disease prevention and wellness programs.
- Reach out to the growing immigrant population in St. Louis by offering services and information that will help them preserve their culture while embracing the opportunities offered by their new St. Louis area home.
- Refer clients to other community organizations when United Health Strategies cannot meet their immediate health needs.
Our Vision
United Health Strategies is a Not For Profit organization registered in the state of Missouri. We are organized and operate under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. United Health Strategies will improve community health and empower members of the community by offering medical, personal care and quality of life services, health education and self development programs in St. Louis and the surrounding areas.
Our 2008 Objectives
1st Quarter 2008 Begin Health Ministry at United African Church in Rock Hill, Missouri.
2nd Quarter 2008 Mentor at risk youth through summer programs.
3rd Quarter 2008 Obtain a van for mobile health Services and outreach activities.
3rd Quarter 2008 UHS begins Personal Care and Quality of Life Services.
4th Quarter 2008 Add Medical Services to UHS Home Care Agency offerings.
4th Quarter 2008 Offer health screenings in the St. Louis area.
